Denver Real Estate City Park
Welcome to City Park! The City Park neighborhood, located in the heart of the central Denver real estate market, is named for the beautiful 320-acre park that it surrounds. Colfax Avenue bounds the neighborhood to the south with York Street to the west, Colorado Boulevard to the east and 23rd Avenue to the north.

Typically, City Park real estate is priced from the $200s and was built in the early 20th century. While the neighborhood has historically had a small population, this is changing as numerous new luxury condominium and apartment projects are being built all around the park. Many of these projects are promising glorious park views that many Denver homebuyers are finding hard to resist.
The vibrant City Park neighborhood is home to The Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, two of Denver´s most popular tourist attractions. The park itself, originally modeled after New York´s Central Park, is the largest in Denver. City Park is known for its two man made lakes, Ferril and Duck, a boathouse and the popular 18-hole City Park Golf Course. It is also host to the annual City Park Jazz Festival.
Since City Park is located right in between downtown Denver and the prestigious Cherry Creek Shopping District, its residents can easily access the area´s diverse entertainment, dinning and cultural opportunities.
